Important: This is only for people with NVidia graphics cards.

These are profiles for use with Nvidia Profiler to optimize your graphics card for use with FFXIV. DO NOT CHANGE OPTIONS ON YOUR OWN IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY DO.

Download Here

Step One: Run NvidiaProfileInspector.

Step Two: Locate FFXIV in the game list at the top left.

Step Three: Click Export Profile (the box with the green arrow pointing up) and save the current profile somewhere you can find it. This will be your back up of your current settings.

Step Four: Click Import Profile (the box with the green arrow pointing down) and load one of the profiles.

Step Five: Run the game, if it feels laggy, exit the game and import a lower quality profile or go back to your base profile. (Mind you if the game is running laggy with the medium profile it may be time to look into upgrading your graphics card)

Important: If you're using a shader in addition to this, chances are you will double or even triple up on anti-aliasing, which can cause massive frame rate drop. Make sure you turn off FXAA in-game to reduce this problem. If you know what you're doing you can turn it off either in Nvidia or in the shader as well.
